أولاً: سياسة الاستخدام (العربية)
مقدمة الخدمة: تطبيق الصياد (alsyyad) هو منصة تقنية توفر خدمة الاتصال اللاسلكي عبر الإنترنت (VoIP). باستخدامك للتطبيق أو شراء أكواد الشحن، فإنك تقر بالالتزام بكافة الأنظمة والقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
خصوصية القنوات: ميزة إنشاء "قنوات مشفرة" برمز انضمام خاص هي ميزة تقنية لتعزيز الخصوصية. يتحمل منشئ القناة كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن المحتوى الصوتي المتداول داخلها وعن الأشخاص الذين يشاركونه شفرة الانضمام.
إخلاء المسؤولية: يخلي مطور تطبيق alsyyad مسؤوليته التامة عن أي سوء استخدام للتطبيق في أغراض تخالف الأنظمة، ومنها (نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية، أو نظام مكافحة الإرهاب). التطبيق مخصص للتواصل المشروع فقط.
الأكواد الرقمية: الأكواد المباعة هي منتجات رقمية تُسلم فوراً، ولا يحق للمستخدم المطالبة باسترجاع قيمتها بعد الكشف عن الكود إلا في حال وجود خلل فني في عملية التفعيل.
الأسماء والمحتوى: يحق لإدارة التطبيق حظر أي حساب أو قناة تستخدم أسماءً مسيئة، عنصرية، أو تخالف الآداب العامة والرموز الوطنية.
Second: Terms of Use (English)
Service Overview: alsyyad is a technical platform providing wireless communication services via (VoIP). By using the app or purchasing top-up codes, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Channel Privacy: The "Encrypted Channels" and "Join Codes" features are technical tools to enhance privacy. The Channel Creator bears full legal responsibility for the audio content and the individuals invited to the channel.
Legal Disclaimer: The developer of alsyyad disclaims all liability for any misuse of the application for illegal purposes, including violations of the Anti-Information Crime Law. The app is intended for legitimate communication only.
Digital Codes: Top-up codes are digital products delivered instantly. Refunds are not permitted once the code is revealed, except in cases of a proven technical failure during activation.
Content Policy: The management reserves the right to ban any account or channel that uses offensive, racist, or inappropriate names that violate public or national values.

العربية: نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي. يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الوصول لأغراض فنية وأمنية فقط.
English: We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Access logs are maintained for technical and security purposes only.
