Buyer protection and return policy
The website has a special program called "Buyer Protection Program" and this program aims to help buyers ensure the protection of their purchases on the website. If the buyer receives a product that differs from what was mentioned on the product page or is damaged or does not work properly, then the buyer can request protection according to the Buyer Protection Program and within the goods return policy, so you can return it for free and get all the money you paid, subject to the terms and conditions set by the site management. These are:

2- The time limit to notify us of the problem is 24 hours from receipt of the product, with a maximum of 48 hours.
3- The product is sent in its original packaging without tampering and delivered to the courier sent by us, which is the shipping company.
All you need to do in this case is contact us within no more than 24 hours of receiving the product and specify the type of problem you faced, whether it was a technical fault or other issues mentioned in the description box, until it is returned by our courier and the product is in the store’s possession again. Then, it will be verified within a maximum of 24 hours from the condition of the product or the item to be returned, and the site management will examine the product and inform you of the result within no more than 24 hours.
After the site management receives the report sent to us, it will verify that the description of the problem is correct. You will then receive all the money you paid as the price of the item plus the shipping cost you paid when purchasing this product within a maximum of 7 working days.

Questions you might have when returning the product:
1- If you bought the product and on the same day you want to cancel the order and get a refund: here we say you will only get back the value of the product, but the shipping cost is not refundable. The reason is that a shipping label has been issued for you and the amount has been reserved for the carrier company. Therefore, dear customers, please ensure your order before payment regarding specifications, images, and what was mentioned in the description box.
2- If the product does not work and the site management has been notified of the problem, do I have the right to exchange the product without additional costs?
Yes, you have the right to do so at the same price as the product, with no increase or decrease.
3- If there is a problem with the product and I did not notify the site management until more than a day or two later?
The site management’s condition is that you must notify of the problem immediately upon receipt to ensure your financial rights are returned.
4- If the purchase was made from the store and then you changed your mind and want the paid money?
It must not exceed 24 hours, provided the product is in its original packaging without the shipping cost being refunded. You will only get the paid value of the product, so please make sure when ordering that you are fully convinced.
5- I bought the product and it entered shipping, and I no longer want it?
You can notify us immediately with the order number or invoice via WhatsApp, and we will take the necessary action. There are two cases:
First: if the product has not been shipped to the customer and is still in the store’s possession and has not entered the shipping stage, then the customer will receive the full amount including the product value and shipping cost.
Second: if the product has been shipped or has reached the customer’s area, then the store will deduct the shipping cost from the customer and only refund the product value.
Example: the product value is 100 riyals and the shipping cost is 25 riyals, totaling 125 riyals paid by the customer. Here, the shipping cost of 25 riyals will be deducted from the customer, and only 100 riyals will be refunded because the product has entered the shipping stage and a full shipping label has been issued.
